Location & Parking

General Parking

Guests are free to park in any general parking spot in Willow Creek’s lots. Once parked, enter the building via Entrances B, C, D, E, or F and then make your way to the Main Lobby, between Entrances D and E. The Main Auditorium is located just off the Main Lobby.

Fast Trac Shuttle Buses

The FastTrac lot is a convenient option for those wishing to avoid a lengthy walk in the parking lot and looking to beat the traffic upon exit. Simply follow the signs from the Barrington Road entrance, park in the designated Fast Trac lot, and then take a shuttle bus from the lot to the drop-off location (Entrance E, near Dr. B’s Cafe in the Main Lobby). Note: Shuttle buses are not wheelchair-accessible. See Handicap Parking, below.

Fast Trac shuttles run 2½ hours prior to the first service each day, and continue until one hour after the end of the last service:

Friday, December 19 4:30–9:30 p.m.
Saturday, December 20 3–8 p.m.
Sunday, December 21 9 a.m.–8 p.m.
Monday, December 22 4:30–9:30 p.m.
Tuesday, December 23 4:30–9:30 p.m.
Tuesday, December 24 12–8 p.m.

Handicap Parking

Ample handicap spaces near Entrance D provide the shortest distance to the Main Auditorium. In addition, a drop-off loop near Entrance D allows drivers to drop off guests just outside the Main Lobby. This option works well for those wanting to avoid a long walk from the parking lot—including those with infants or small children.

Seating

Reserved Seating

At this time, the option to reserve seats is no longer available. There are plenty of seats set aside for General Admission, so you do not need a reserved seat to attend! As always, admission for any Willow Creek Christmas service is completely free. If you have questions about seating available for those with physical limitations, please call 847-765-7100. If you have already reserved seats, please plan to arrive early to claim your seats. Any unoccupied seat will be released to General Admission 15 minutes prior to the start of the service.

General Admission Seating

Anyone is welcome to Christmas at Willow Creek with or without reserved seats. There are plenty of General Admission seats set aside on the Main Floor, the Mezzanine, and the Balcony at each of Willow Creek’s Christmas services, so you can just show up!

To utilize General Admission seating, there are a few things to remember:

  • Plan to arrive on campus in plenty of time to get to the floor level where you would like to sit—Main Floor, Mezzanine, or Balcony. (HINT: You may encounter shorter lines on the Balcony level or at the far east and west doors of the Main Floor and Mezzanine levels.)
  • Fifteen (15) minutes prior to the start of each service, all unoccupied seats will be released for General Admission seating.

Many prefer to sit in the relaxed, table-style atmosphere of the Atrium, which is available for immediate seating during any service. The service is broadcast live onto the large Atrium screens. Food and beverages are permitted in the Atrium. If this option appeals to you, consider arriving early and picking up beverages from Dr. B’s Cafe to enjoy with friends and family.
